*Please note that shipments outside of EU will be subject to import taxes + handling fee upon receival of your package. These will be separately charged by the shipping company and are not covered by Nordstjerne at any time.

For shipments to the US please note that a handling fee + taxes will be charged after delivery by the shipping company. The minimum handling fee is 7 USD. 

Nordstjerne ApS strive to deliver orders within 5 workdays. Nordstjerne ApS sends goods as standard packages via a recognized forwarding company. The buyer has the right to annull the order in case the order has not arrived 14 days after the shipment has occurred.
Nordstjerne ApS charge a shipping fee for all shipments. The fee is dependent on the area of delivery and will at all times be viewable before the buyer confirms the order. This fee is charged when payment of the order itself is charged.
Nordstjerne ApS maintains the right to charge the same shipping fee again, if the goods are not picked up by the buyer in due time, if this results in reshipment.
Nordstjerne holds liability for the shipment until delivery at the address agreed upon.
