RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Buyer has 14 days from having received the goods to annul an order. The buyer must inform Nordstjerne ApS about the annulment either by the Return Form enclosed with the goods or by mail to shop@nordstjerne.eu.
The goods must be shipped to Nordstjerne ApS at the latest a fortnight after having informed Nordstjerne about the annulment. The buyer holds all cost for returning the goods to Nordstjerne ApS in regards with annulment of an order.
In case the good has been used the buyer holds liability for any devaluation of the good prior to the return. Any devaluation will be set in relation to prevailing legal practice.
In case of defects Nordstjerne ApS will assume the cost of the return shipment of the defect goods.
If the goods are damaged or lost during transport to the buyer, Nordstjerne ApS are responsible for costs. If the goods are damaged or lost while being shipped back to Nordstjerne ApS from the buyer, the buyer is responsible for costs.
If the goods are defect in any way, Nordstjerne ApS must be informed of this in due time (within 14 days of receiving them). Should the goods not have been delivered within 14 days from the order being placed, Nordstjerne ApS must be informed of this.
The payment will be returned to the customer within 14 days after Nordstjerne ApS has been informed of the annulment. Nordstjerne ApS though have the right to withhold the payment if there is grounds for assuming any devaluation of the good. In case of any devaluation the payment minus the devaluation will be returned to the customer as soon as Nordstjerne ApS have received the goods.
The buyer has 24 months of warranty. Nordstjerne must be advised of any defects concerning the warranty within 2 months of the defects occurrence to render the warranty.
